Been dealing with my truck pulling to the right. Was happening before I got an alignment and still happening after.

I noticed my drivers side inner tie rod is bent, but wouldn’t that cause a pull to the left?

Sadly my alignment spec sheet got thrown after I left it on the table. I already swapped front 2 tire and no difference and tightened up all suspension components. Checked my caliper pistons and they don’t seem seized, a lil tough but they move.

Pulling is constant, not just when hitting brakes.

-like new struts + coilover from 3rd gen installed.
-2inch spacer (will probably downgrade to a 1 inch)
-new LCA installed 2 years ago
-New Calipers we’re installed 2years ago
    -New Endlinks
-brake pads have a lot of life

Well for one let’s address the elephant in the room, I am blown away that you’re alignment specialist did not catch that, I mean really?

The tie rod is in front of the ball joint. Bent tie rod effectively shortens it, so that pulls the left front tire toward the right. How did you bend it to begin with? I'm wondering if other things could be bent too, like a spindle.

Without seeing a current alignment print-out all we can do is guess. Sounds like you're aware of some bent components, I'd start there..

I’m gonna take care of it asap then take it to Big O for an alignment. Sounds like from what you’re saying that it is probably the culprit

A photo would help. I've never had a shop continue with an alignment if they suspected there were bad components on the vehicle. They've always came out and told me if they could replace the part, (s), or in one case with a Ford twin I beam, said we recommend you take it to this shop.

It does look bent. I'm not an alignment guy, but I would think it controls toe-in/out.

If your truck pulls after alignment then it didn't get aligned.
I've never seen a tire pull.

    You should not have spacers.
Alignment shop should have noticed bent tie rod.
They are cheap to replace, and WarFab makes sleeves for them.

They should provide a spec sheet, to look and see what the issue is.
And, spec sheets can be misleading.
If the read head is not centered, it will say something other than what the truck is actually at.
If the tech decides to cheat and manipulate the paper, by doing an "alignment" first, and then shoving a piece of cardboard between the read head to change it's position, it will not be accurate.

alignment machines can also occasionally have problems,
but that would be recognized normally during a road test.
It is SOP to, when done aligning, for a tech to road test quality check.
