    fed the kids & then separated my grille for the Prototype...:yay:

    Going to jump on the treadmill for an hour then see about some yard work...

    FWIW - I quit smoking cigarettes on 11/29/09 ---- not easy...:(

    been taking on a weight loss program for the last 3 weeks... down 9.3lbs as of this morning!!!:D

    Awesome news, i have heard alot of weight gaining story's, im curious to see what happens. I just have to learn to re-live my day without it, seems like everytime i get in my work truck thats the first thing i reach for.
