Pretty sure it’s the archive with grey man fab bolt on lowers.

yes, next week it will be raining 35s up in this piece! More than welcome to one or both of them. I may try to find one used one to make a set to flip but more interested in getting out of the tire game for a bit.

If they decide to enforce it. Last year we heard shooting real close to the house and called the police. Turns out some guy was across the street shooting (my guess would be coyotes) at 9pm at night. He had to have been closer than 500 feet to the road but nothing happened.

Haha, my wife has a pair for gardening. I will cop to owning a pair of slides only for walking house to pool and back so I don't track dirt and crap in the house.

@DoubleRGirl is opening her own hero pile soon, you heard it here first.

Haha..good excuse for riding the bikes more I suppose.

We had an EPO that lived in my home town. He had a reputation that he'd ticket his own mother. He would often sit in his truck watching the lake and no one would think anything of it, but if you went by speeding he'd go after you.

I have a friend who I've warned a bunch of times to be careful where he takes his ATV, but he was never worried about it until that EPO saw him in a wildlife management area with it. He wrote him fines for several violations. My friend said he was very clear that the only leniency he was giving him was allowing him to call someone to pick up his ATV instead of impounding it. But at the same time he was super pleasant and polite.

They have a lot of discretion in what they can do. That also seems to vary from state to state.

From what I know about this guy, he's a stand-up guy - he makes a point of being friendly and outgoing to everyone he encounters. He is, however, really passionate about wildlife and is an avid outdoorsman, so he takes his enforcement duties very seriously and doesn't let things slide.

If you watch any of the shows on animal planet, they all start out friendly. They chat up their potential suspect and then get them to admit to a violation. They're still friendly, but they are also writing out the citation.;)

In other news there is a new season of "Wheeler Dealers." The amazing thing is that Elvis wears a white T shirt while working on the car. Either he is the neatest mechanic ever or has 100 T shirts stashed off camera. ;)

Depending on what vehicle that is, those are body plugs and are used in various spots around the vehicle. I had the part number for the 3rd Gens, but can't find it now. About $3.00 per plug from the dealer.

To be fair, he's not thinking long term when he's doing a rebuild since they are flipping the vehicles. Plus, not a lot of call for that when working on F1 cars.

A guy across the neighborhood (I'm in NH) shoots into his backyard, he has like 40 acres behind his house he owns. I would love to get on his good side but he's the quiet, I don't want to talk to anyone type of person. Every weekend around dinner time he pops off a few rounds. My property is too small to shoot on and I have surrounding neighbors but the though of buying property to go shooting on has crossed my mind many times... All I'd need is about 10-15 acres to build a nice long distance range, a few action bays and a shoot house...

Neighbor's had a tree come down on their property line, which at its closest point is maybe 10 to 15' from one corner of my house. That storm yesterday was pretty intense for the short time it was here

I had something similar happen a few years ago and learned a fair amount about tree law. Basically, if it had damaged anything on your property, you have to to pay for anything of your own it damaged, including tree removal. Luckily, I was friendly with the neighbor and we split the cleanup since we also weren’t sure whose property the tree actually had been on.

Thankfully it was their tree, on their property, that potential slightly damaged their property. He asked to borrow my saw, but I'm just going to cut it up for him and ask for some of the wood to cover gas and bar oil
