Just stop talking , the bolt can't be tightend in the bed . It isn't that simple or my dealer would have done then and there

 

Shiiiiiit….I max out the payload in mine often. Haul so much crap need to augment it with a utility trailer.

Trying hard to keep this truck stock, (like the ride and the mpgs I am getting) but it is going to be hard. Wife is telling me I need to toss on an ARB bumper like my 1G, and that will only snowball…if you know what I mean.

What bolt is it exactly? Maybe some us would like to know so we can check ours. No need to get pissy at Turd,

 

Probably the Torx bolts that hold the bed down. If your bed is out of alignment you can loosen them, adjust the bed, and torque the bolts back down.

 

The tech told me they shouldn't come loose . It will need a washer inserted in that gap . And I'm not going to fix that , they can do that . It's only the one that's loose

 

Very interesting.. This makes sense. The TRD Sport that has been released to media is a manual trans non-hybrid.

 

God that sport is ugly asf, the offroad is not so bad.

 

Imo any non leveled tacoma with stock tires look awful. But that's just me, I hate the stock tire look

 

They can’t tighten the bolt up a half a turn to snug it up?

Sorta agree, but don’t think it needs to be leveled. If you actually use it as a truck and haul shit, no need to level. Mine is stock with 32s, that’s ok with me. Not sure 32s will be enough for the “look” with larger wheel openings, though if it can handle 33s stock, that might be ok.

Real curious what the one is on the far left is. Can’t tell if that is the extra or double cab. Still trying to force myself to like it, shouldn’t have to do that. 3rd Gen took me years to come around and still think the grill is kinda ugly even though I own one.

 

Yeah! Not touching mine either until the warranty is up, and that point probably trade in.

 

Guessing it is missing the washer entirely. Can’t really tell from the picture.
