Kicker 48KSS269 Speakers *sold*

Yeah it is, i didnt buy it from them though. Lol also no point to do the rears because only like 5 watts go to the speakers. Im not sure why they offered it in their bundle lol

 

I just ended up getting a set of jbl speakers that was like 3ohms. Didnt change the tweeters because didnt want to cut anything up, thats why i got this set because of the tweeter but ended up not installing it.

 

so they DO work?

If they do, I’ll take the bundle.

 

This is what Crutchfield said when someone asked them, "These do fit, but they are a 4-ohm speaker Greg. Replacement tweeters will always require some custom mounting as well in any vehicle. We just want to let folks know that when they switch to a 4-ohm speaker and retain the factory amp that there is a volume output loss compared to the 2-ohm factory speakers, you might find yourself cranking the volume higher on the knob than you used to. These Kickers sound amazing and are very sensitive, a top Advisor pick for certain. For folks that want a quality sound over outright volume in the Taco, they are a great call!"

Yeah, I can ship it. This is only the fronts. Probably be a waste of money to get rears since only 5 watts goes to those speakers in the back. lol
