Well, that's some bullshit. I'd be pissed, too. Like others have said, hopefully they make it right.

If you take out 1 bolt at a time, add anti-seize, reinstall, then do another...you don't have to completely remove ?

You could do that on the two rear-most bolts since they drop out, but you'll need to drop it to get the forward bolts out since they have sleeves to keep them in place. At least that's how ours is set up. You can see the four that have retainer sleeves in my earlier post and in the photo below.

Yup, that is actually the plan. And since I have the RCI skid the only spacers are in the back. It will probably take as long to gather/put away the tools and drag myself under the truck as it will to actually remove/replace each bolt.

Find the part number and replace that piece? I’m not as good at digging up schematics as other people around here but from this, it looks like that grey piece is part of the whole interior door panel… Oof I hope I’m wrong. might be able to pull one at a junk yard?

Installed a dual post 24f AGM battery from Costco ($194 for those interested). I had to flip it around as the posts were on the opposite side but the stock cables were plenty long. Also installed a auxiliary fuse bracket to clean thing up.

Now you get that your post sucks…. Pshht one at a time, you need the jack. It’s more shit us to buy and link. like this.

    https://www.proeagle.com/products/3-ton-big-wheel-jack-kratos?variant=6160878567452&currency=USD&gclid=CjwKCAjwzo2mBhAUEiwAf7wjkq9SJ3u4gQtQZvSSRa5jcpkeXxm7wx22Upfj3TRyKJFZ7bvGD8mE3xoCzF0QAvD_BwE

If you aren’t using a $600 jack to hold up your aluminum 30# skid plate then you’re a dumbass, waste of skin for a human being.

    Ps. Nothing personal.

rotated tires changed oil threw out the old air freshener.
My experience with big rounds is ... They are heavy. Even at 18 inch length, rounds over 24 inches in diameter get picked up with the tractor loader bucket using log tongs.

The pick=a=roon is used on the bolts after the first pass through the four way on the splitter.
So, use the tool on the manageable pieces. There are videos of the tool use on the inter web. only six or seven minutes long. Worth a search! Stay warm!

Damn, sorry that happened. I learned my lesson with that shit many years back on a hiking trip with the wife ....
We were standing on some grass in front of our tent and decided to put on some bug spray. I had sunglasses on, and we had our brand new grill unopened a bit aways. We put the spray on, and the wind drifted and got some on the grill ans a tiny bit on my Oakleys.
It immediately ate the polarized coating of of my sunglasses, and ate through the high temp paint in the grill.
After being astonished at how potent the spray was, we looked down where we were standing, and saw 4 green footprints in a big patch of dead tan grass we just killed.
Deep woods Off and the like with high levels of Deet And eucalyptus is super caustic to certain things.
