    Also check your local ACE hardware. They might have something in the hardware section or some thick 1/8 to 1/4" washers if needed./.

    This is a rough draft I'll be adding pictures etc when I have time, was going to send this out individually to all my customers but figured I'd start with the OG toyota community here. Yes I realize I will probably be copied by the other folks that mod these racks but I really don't care at the end of the day. Just want people aware of a potential issue and solution

    Big IF it happens sorta thing, just want people to be aware. like i said i havent had mine tear out and ive literally ripped a steering knuckle off with it without the rack getting damaged. just this one guy had it happen and im trying to address the potential issue in the future for folks although its unlikely to ever happen.
    this is prime example of how products are developed and improved over time and testing
