Nice! I’d like to put one in my access cab. How hard was the install? And I’m assuming it’s the one meant for double cabs? I didn’t think he made one for our trucks.

It isn't made for AC. I just bent it a little more upwards to the ceiling and made an educated guess where to drill the holes. There's a write-up on here for an older version. Didn't really help much. Took an hour/hour and a half maybe. Opted to keep the existing tabs rather than cut them off. I'll find something to use them for.

Can you expand on these speakers? I'm not exactly sure what my head unit is, but I've wanted to upgrade speakers since it just doesn't seem to have much volume. I'm not looking to add anything else, just looking for good speaker upgrades that are PNP. I prefer to start with dash speakers and add as needed, preferably using the same brand throughout. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you post a pic of where you ran your Auxbeam wire through the firewall? I'm in the process of getting everything I need to install my Auxbeam, and the cable routing is a question. Thanks for your time

Looks good. I see the bolts and washers - how'd you attach it?

I should have read ahead on the thread before posting. Do you have a link to the writeup you mentioned?

I ran the AB Control Cable through the Grom right below the Hood release cable and it runs behind along the floor to the corner driver panel the extra cable is zip tied there and what little is needed for the controller is ran up to it .the fuse I used for the auto on\off for the unit is the 10Amp INJ fuse its only live when the truck is on or running but not in Acc 2 pushes if you have keyless start

It’s cheap enough so I just went through the dealer. It was $50 to buy it directly (plus they said it wasn’t for the 3rd gen) or $27 to order it online and pick it up at the same parts counter. Whatever. Super easy to add on, and yes it fits perfectly. I didn’t get or think I needed the end caps.

Had the OEM bumper and spare off so was a good time to chop the exhaust.
Got the bumber reinstalled and am really loving the clean look of the RCI bumper minus the exhaust hanging out under the passenger quarter panel.
0 harmonics, resonances, droning, nor any excess noise at all.

I like how the rci looks, it matches the body lines really well.
