It’s cheap enough so I just went through the dealer. It was $50 to buy it directly (plus they said it wasn’t for the 3rd gen) or $27 to order it online and pick it up at the same parts counter. Whatever. Super easy to add on, and yes it fits perfectly. I didn’t get or think I needed the end caps.

Had the OEM bumper and spare off so was a good time to chop the exhaust.
Got the bumber reinstalled and am really loving the clean look of the RCI bumper minus the exhaust hanging out under the passenger quarter panel.
0 harmonics, resonances, droning, nor any excess noise at all.

I like how the rci looks, it matches the body lines really well.

I got mine from whatever OEM online parts dealer was cheapest $60. I also bought the end caps which were way overpriced $20.

I got these shortly after installing the header rail.

I started the project after seeing a ClassysTaco video. Now waiting on a replacement Blue sea systems USB plug. The one I received today is missing the cap and the USB ports were rusted out. Some straight lasagna.

Our 2020 doesn't have the JBL stereo. If yours does it'll have the logo on the front of the stereo.

The DS18s are a direct replacement for the tweeters on the left and right side of the dash. I believe they can be used with the JBL systems too, but someone else will need to confirm. The DS18s are plug-and-play using the same connectors. Lots of YouTube videos showing how to remove the originals and replace them with the new tweeters. Very easy upgrade. If that was the only thing I was going to do, it would still be worth it since the OE tweeters are real light-weights.

Others can chime in with respect to replacing the door speakers, adding a sub-woofer, sound deadening and such. Lots of threads on that too.

    Hope that helps!

Took the wife and kids to the drive in tonight. For reference a futon mattress fits perfectly in a long bed Tacoma. Good times

Went on an overnight trip with 5 friends in their tacos and ended up taking a rock to my blinker, looks like I’ll have to upgrade!

Bummer. But a good excuse to "upgrade". ;) Easy DIY replacement. You can spend a lot or a little. I went with these High Flying mirror sequential turn signals (smoke) in the in-between price range:

Hahaha, yeah, they are far and few between these days, but luckily we have one where I live that still gets pretty busy on the weekends. I love that a few still exists so that I can show my kids what it was like when I was growing up at their age.

I like those…I haven’t even considered changing them in the past because they weren’t broke…now I have the reason to give to the better half on why I need to spend the cash! Thanks for the suggestion
