Urethane is tough to spray and very messy. Over spray will go everywhere and you'll also have to thin it to spray. Personally I would brush it.
Are the chairs for inside use? Some of these products might be suitable.

This desk has GF Arm-r-seal Gloss (stronger protection and less flattener than satin), top surface has the most consistent coat. Top coat may be a little fuzzy for your first judgement, but I did stop at one thick coat because I was tired of finishing the desk. I could do another gloss top coat for full sheen, but if anything I would probably use a satin final over the gloss.

Can a 1/3 oil, 1/3 urethane and 1/3 spirits be sprayed?

It would depend on spray equipment, needle and nozzle size. Some research and experimenting would be needed. Not sure what you mean by "oil".

Not exactly doesn’t cure hard like urethane

The mix works great by hand didn’t know about spraying

Recommendations on an exterior urethane that has mold/mildew resistance that will cure quicker? I want my garage back!

Best exterior urethane is spar varnish. Takes patience. Unfortunately there's no corners to cut here. If you cut corners and use another product you'll be sanding it off and doing it over.

These will at least be under a covered porch and only catch a few hours of sun in the evening, so hopefully the finish will last several years.

My focus has shifted a little. Built some lightweight cabinetry for our InTech Explore. Lower drawer and face plate still need to be built…but happy with the way it is turning out. Whole unit is less than 8 lbs.

I need to make one that says "I don't know" since that tends to be what my GF wants for dinner. I'm still looking for it in the grocery store.
