    1) Yes. I really don’t know much about it as a craft. But appreciate aged cheddar and Gouda.

    2) They pickle all sorts of things here. I make Korean pickled veggies occasionally. I’ve seen pigs feet, jowls, lips, various eggs, and more. I know this will sound odd, but to me the weirdest thing is pickles in coolaid… gas stations often have a counter full of various offerings.. tongs on the side and priced per item.
