    Would something like this not work for you? Buy the sub assembly then try to sell the fender to recoup some of the cost. Strange that it comes included in the sub but you cannot buy independent. Or keep the fender for yourself.

    Edit: It looks like that is for the passenger side. Best bet would be to reach out to them to find out what it comes with and see if they have the right sub assembly for you.
