    Take a shitload of tweaking and practice on scrap, you’ll get it. 1/32 (hell even 1/64th) can ruin the whole thing. I spent four hours trying to dial my jig in this wknd on pine then switched to the walnut/cherry pieces once it was good. The fourth piece was a smidge out of position due to ONE SPLINTER OF WOOD THAT I DIDNT SEE BETWEEN THE METAL AND BOARD and the whole damned box was ruined. Wood may or may not have been launched across the shop..
