This seems to be the new Land Cruiser coming to the US.

    Initial impressions?

Looks like a LOT of trimming to fit 37’s.

Land cruisers don't get 37s, they get food from trader Joe's

After watching the video I like it more than those still shots. Maybe it’s just because one of them was silver, not sure though… Design wise I’m just not a fan of the hexagonal wheel arches but otherwise looks nice.

Very curious about that updated 70 series, though I’m guessing it’s Unobtanium in North America.

    Damn. Good deal.

    I want that hood :anonymous:

    Bring bolt cutters.

    Ask me why.

Nope. No 70 series for the land of malls.

Lol I've heard stories of that but this one was purchased by a land conservation company and is open for the foreseeable future so I don't have to worry about a surprise gate. I hope. Also I forgot to ask, why?

Folks on 4Runners.com are all over the place. Some people are saying the new Land Cruiser is ugly. Some are saying it's not bad. I think I like it, except for the grill maybe. Some people are saying the 4Runner is dead. Who knows??

At least, as I've been spending on mods, I've kept it in the back of my mind "don't put yourself in a position where something happening puts you in a financial bind." Well, shit. There's money available to cover, thanks to keeping a (marginally) level head. I wasn't always that way, especially when racing! When I was married, a $1k bill would have had the guts churning and I wouldn't be sleeping at night wondering how I was going to cover. Yeah, it sucks but (sh)it happens.

Besides, once I win the $1B tonight, it won't matter! I'll have other things to worry about, like "how do I spend all this money?"

Jeez! When it rains, it pours!

Glad to hear you are able to cover everything! You could always just rock no AC in the truck as I did for the last couple years I had my previous 4Runner. It'll definitely teach you how to arrange the windows for maximum breeze, lol!

I just finished finally watching the Land Cruiser video. And, you know what?

    I fucking want it!!!

I think it looks awesome! Maybe not the Bronco/ Rubicon slayer that some people were hoping for. But, I think it looks really good actually. I wonder what the actual pricing is going to end up being like.

Total bill is going to be just over $1100. The compressor alone is around $900, I think. Practically give them away!
