Story time. Got out of works yesterday and went and bought dirt for the new plant courtesy of @1buzzbait .... then.... then.... get a call from the Water Company. They tells me that I have unusually high water consumption and to stop using water or else gets a high bill... . So I says to myself... self let's look for a leak. I finds nothing leaking in the house. So I looks outside and the 2 previous leaks I had were fine. Thens I think, the water heater. I go checks the water heater and the drip pan is full and there is drainage coming from the emergency hot water heater drain....



Edit: Some days I hate home ownership.
