    Meh

    960x0.jpg

Supposedly starting at around $50k so at least it's not as insanely priced as the recent iterations were

It's that damn chunky, plastic-y Lego looking aesthetic I just can't get behind

Apparently the new Land Cruiser? But not the LC Prado either? Like comparable to that Lexus GX they released photos of.

But the 300 series exists so I’m just confused with that Toyota is doing in the US market now.

They're bringing back the LC to compete with the Bronco and whatever else I think. It's starting at around $50k which is considerably less than what the newer LC cost a few years ago. In the US at least

Just looked it up. That LC is the new Land Cruiser Prado for the rest of the world but the US doesn’t know what a LC Prado is. And we don’t get the full size LC 300 series (just the Lexus LX) so they’ll just brand it straight up “Land Cruiser” here.

Yea it’s just everyone complains about the factory leafs so I thought it wouldn’t be a bad idea or replace them. Would the OMEs increase flex at all in the back?

I’m tired of the front being level with or slightly higher than the back, so I might get some OME 880s anyway.

I think it looks pretty good. The 300 series GR looks better, but those are like 100 grand. I don’t understand all the hate for it.

no change in behavior with changing the tps. That top screw was insanely tight, could it be low on transmission fluid?

I have to ride the clutch a good amount in first or it stalls. Check engine light will not flash, will consult the obd2 reader this afternoon

The behavior sounds a lot like a vacuum leak, how's the idle.

it's a bit high on first startup, stays around 1.2-1.5k for a bit. Settles down to 800 ish after driving, behavior seems to get worse as u drive it too. If the obd2 doesn't pickup anything I might dump at a shop ( do vacuum leaks register?)

If it has a bad vacuum leak it should show a p0171 - system too lean.

I would try and pull your fuel trim numbers as well with your scan tool

What does the CTS say when it's warmed up and having issues?

I don’t think it looks bad. I actually think it looks better than an FJ Cruiser.
