Busy but a great day for the truck! Relocated the spare tire hoist to fit my 285/75 spare lol and installed ARB OBA + Grimm bracket.

I looked at the Cascadia panel, the look the same to me, but I read there are difference. I went with the Lensolar as it is rated at 90W.
I live at 7500ft and my fridge/freezer is inside my ARE shell, I think heat build up inside the shell hurts a lot. Right now the temps get into the 90's everyday and as long as the sun is shining, the panel keeps up, clouds kill it. I have a 31M AGM battery and it sits around 12.8 volts and I think it does hold power as good as it should, but its been tested and passed.

That front bumber has GOT to go. It will be interesting trying to make that cut too.

    Nice!

That is my next job right there.....I was unsure which direction (forward or back) I needed to move it for my 285/70.
I take it that you need to move it to the rear of the truck and redrill the holes to fit the larger tire on?

Last week I hit back to back 15 mph speed tables spaced about 100 yards apart at 40 mph, since then my OEM Bilsteins feel dead, so I ordered 5100's all around.
OEM Billies held up to daily commuting on New England roads, annual hauling 4 cord of wood, no wheeling, and lasted 5 years no issues...not a bad run.
Found them for $456.18 w/free shipping at suspensionlifts.com
    Looking forward to the install!

Exactly! Remove and reposition hoist towards the gate and drill new holes. Note, I lightly mounted the hoist using two bolts to accurately mark where to drill the new tailgate side holes, which made the job a little easier. Worked like a charm but I think I'm going to wrap the exhaust to mitigate radiant heat because the tire touches the shield now.

    probably not.
i'm in the planning stages of my own iteration of this idea
    [IMG]

but it's also funny to me, the idea of just taking off the bedsides and running the truck that way for a few weeks.

    Thanks......
Exactly what I needed to know!

Fortunately I ended up chopping off my exhaust while I had the OEM spare and rear bumper off:

    IMG_20230728_195023001.jpg

I'm hoping I miss the exhaust with a 285/70 back there.
