    @Ozark_RegCab

    I'm not pushing you to get a new car, that isn't the intent.

    Rather, I'm informing you based on the negative perception you have based on the very little you know.

    It was just a couple videos I was going off. I can't afford any new car anyway so it's all academic.

    Hell, even Dan wanted me to manage his dealership.

    I partially ran our service dept and was very successful the entire time I did so. I say partially because it was part of my hands-on training required as becoming General Manager for the dealership I used to work at.

    Man, you should've seen all the crazy pics of stupid broken shit I've posted here.

    I figured you weren't getting a new vehicle anytime soon anyway, but you could benefit from learning a bit about how it works on the other end.

    Was at my dealership for over 11 years.

    I agree, it gives normal people an appropriate peace of mind.

    I hate em. But for weird reasons lol... having worked closely with manufacturers over all aspects of warranty issues, seeing how some of em handle "the monies" aspect of it really bothers the builder/fixer in me. I guess I'm just bitter over how many repairs get approved before a recall is issued. 0xDEADBEEF would reference fight club for me right now

    That's way too macgyvery, what he should do is just walk himself down to the QuikTrip and get a full size Swisher sweet and blow into the hose hooked up to the manifold.

    It's cheap and it's a guarantee that a quick trip will have one. Don't forget to ask for one from the back haha

    I might've missed it but you got your scan tool? Pull up the fuel trims. Should be in the -10 - 10 range, if they're outside of that you have a problem. I'm guessing they're lean which would put them above 10 and support the vacuum leak theory, among other possibilities

    And if you give him a Steel Reserve, he's going to end up naked in bed with his friend's recent ex and have a lot of explaining to do
