That’s neat. Do all the wheels turn? Snap-on $$$$$

    Is that on carpet?

Ha just the front 2 and even then, not very much. And yep... Carpeted garage! Well, not exactly. Previous owner decided they wanted another bedroom and didn't think code mattered

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good grease gun?

The one I have came from NAPA about 20 years ago. It's been great, but now does not want to push grease up the tube any more. Does anyone make a replacement spring/plunger? I've not seen one.

Im sure you could find a replacement part for it. I feel like most spring/plungers would be work.

But my Lincoln 1134 is my go to hand gun.

My Milwaukee M12 grease gun is what I grab 90% of the time though. Battery powered is so nice. And pretty much every company makes a battery version these days.

I think I will get one of those.

I'll probably try to fix my old gun, too - one of these days........

Sept 1st I'll be going from a single car garage to a two car garage and will have the opportunity to start from a brand new fresh slate :goingcrazy: I'm trying to be a good tenant and not put too many things into the walls so am looking at mostly free standing stuff but love my peg board I currently have mounted on the wall which led me to this:

    https://www.homedepot.com/p/Husky-R...th-Pegboard-and-3-Drawers-G9603S-US/317429791

Anyone have it or used it?

The only problem with pegboard attached to the bench is when you need to hammer on something.

I have the 4ft Husky bench, I'm happy with it. Pretty solid for being a flat-pack assembly unit. The drawer is large and holds a lot. I mounted a small vise to it and put a bolt organizer on the peg board.

@williams63 brings up a good point, things shake around when you're hammering or close the drawer too hard. I bought it as a quick solution and plan to get another larger bench, still figuring out my set up.

Thanks, I brought it new in 1995. I was working at a Chevy, Buick, Olds, Caddi Dealer at the time. My first and only New Snap-On Box.

I remember having a set of that style way back when. Nicest style they made.

That I bought one was inevitable, just not the time line I wanted.Doing brakes on a forklift and I have to remove backing plate to change parking brake cables, it’s own PITA. The bolts are grade 12.9 with serated flange under head. Yeah, my Earthquake air gun wasn’t touching them. Call coworker last week he brought his Milwaukee. It struggled but got them all….this week I’m on the other side and it’s time I make it happen, bought my own Milwaukee big gun. IMG_2150.jpg

Well, I did it. I broke down and bought a hopefully decent spring compressor. It's made my OTC, so should be decent.

    We shall see.

if you're that close to the limit of the impact, seriously, invest in a 6.0 or larger 'high output' battery. it does make a difference in the tool performance.

just had a co-worker that was working on taking apart a dump truck with that same impact. his 5.0's all couldn't turn it, but a few seconds with one of my 6.0's, and it broke loose.

This was purchased because everything I had was under qualified, that’s a stretch as most things I can overcome. If I could have fit my torque multiplier I would have. This impact is overkill for most every other thing I do, the tool can with free battery, that was the bonus I now have 3 5.0 batteries this tool and a 1/2” drill in M18, everything else is M12, Ryobi or pneumatic.

they now make a 12.0 battery its massive but can go for a few days of heavy use for me. but i often use the 6, and 5 batteries around my house
