Lmfao already doing that up here in Windsor. It honestly baffles me that Water Valley is still allowed to just keep hammering away with development.

Anyone know of a thread with the specs of the 3rd gen TRD PRO fox suspension? I don’t have any concise notes saved on travel, extended/compressed lengths - mainly looking for the rear to see how it compares to my Bilstein TRD Baja suspension in the rear with the way higher ride height with the HD leaf springs.

Out here in Elbert County too.. one community was voted against by Elizabeth but there's still a ton of neighborhoods going up. And people wonder why their water pressure is so low now..

TRD Baja Kit with JBA UCA's 1/2 inch spacer on top, Medium Dakars with BAMF hangars and super bumps all around. 285/75/16 Cooper Discoverer AT3 XLT's on graphite TRD faux beadlock wheels. Pro skid powder coated black with Pelfreybilt aluminum mid skid and aluminum gas tank skid.
The past 5 years in Castle Rock have been crazy and they are still building. The town is to small to support all these people and no one wants to work so the business are struggling with service. Funny you mention water pressure what about water in general? When will we run out because there are to many people? If we didn't get all this rain we would probably be in a drought again.

The latest developer for Elizabeth West somehow came up with 300 years of water for all new homes and businesses. And other new developments were supposed to use a deeper aquifer but didn't. Few new homes have had their wells empty and then had to pay to drill deeper. And that said development has half of what they plan to build

For what is worth, The upper Basin (where CO falls) has never come close to maxing out their piece of the water allotment. Lower (Specifically AZ, NV & CA) have by far used more than their allocation of their water. AZ has suspended new build permits specifically for lack of water this year. The intended 50/50 split is more 67/33 (today) if I recall correctly.

But biggest issue that needs to be solved first, is the Gov't over/ mis calculated how much water the Colorado river system actual brings annually.

Pueblo West slowed development because of water issues. I think allowing 15 permits a year for wells now from what I heard but can't confirm

Steve is that ratio for aquifer use or surface water? I know agriculture was hit pretty heavily last year with changes regarding well use.

I always see the CO river basin water as Surface. But you all are dead right that this also affects Aquifer water as well.

    Nice! That looks super clean!

Did you put the backlights for the switches on your cab light dimmer?
