    Merling we can give you a hand 8/26 with any of that type of stuff. I have drain pans you just need to bring the fluid and filter(if there is one).

    I didn't realize tix were that expensive - even 35 for GA. I'm going for the show off level for 40$. :cool: not doing the "immersion" or whatever the heck else all that shenanigans is.

    I did the one day ticket last year and we had a good time with @AllTacosFloat , his daughter, @MikefromCT , his son, and me and my youngest. I was thinking about doing the camping this year for $100 for the weekend. still wondering who is going in total so we can coordinate a caravan or all get together to park next to one another.

    I think I'm trying to be on the Cape that weekend Friday thru Saturday, going out to CT Saturday afternoon/night and/or Sunday. But not sure if the cape is happening. I could probably be convinced.

    Now that you have a press, get yourself (specifically just for the press to use and nothing else) a 1 1/8 deep impact socket (even one from HF will work. Reason being, it is the perfect size in diameter to press in and out lower shock bushings from bilstein, fox, and king. You can make decent coin pressing them in and out for people up north.

    I could just turn down a chunk of steel if you know the diameter. 1 1/8 or bigger seems really big for lower shock bushings

    The outer diameter of the 1 1/8" deep Impact socket.is just slightly smaller then the metal rim that the rubber of the bushing gets pressed into and the inner diameter is just slightly bigger then the metal tube that the bolt goes through. The outer diameter of a regular chrome plated 1 1/8" deep socket is too big for the metal sleeve of the lower shock mount so.it has to be an impact socket. I don't know the exact diameter unfortunately and it will literally cost you more time and money to turn one down then to just grab one at HF.

    When: Saturday August 19th. Rain date Sunday. Start at 10am? 9am? I'm flexible I'm 10 minutes away.
    What: kayak day on the water
    Where: Barrington RI

    Brickyard pond is freshwater. Can easily entertain for a couple hours. Its small, it's no patuckaway but parking is free and easy, no boats allowed so it doesn't get rowdy, there is a rope swing but i make zero promises on it being safe or existent that day. Alternative is Walker Farm, brackish, parking still free but might be a bit busier. Boats are allowed there. Heck, we can do both.

    Lunch/food after - Nacho Mamas in Barrington (closed Sunday so we'd have j find something else if rain date).

    @AllTacosFloat @CTSpruceMica @Merling who else got kayaks?

    John - not sure about your little motor out there. I go out and paddle all the time though (to both). This is also the weekend after NMW but I'm not planning on doing 8 hours fast or anything like that.

    Willing to compromise on locations. But wanted to throw it out there. I got places and the weekend :D
