Menu would be good, I kinda like hash browns.
Bacon improves every meal, and if someone wanted to go to Neuske’s, which is nearby, that would be awesome.
I heard rumors of peppers being around, that could be the start of some huevos rancheros.
Idk, I’m up for anything. I was a short order cook many, many moons ago. While I might be a bit rusty, I’ve never killed anyone with my cooking. Yet.

Just let me know what to bring.
I've got venison in the slow cooker now for venison egg rolls.

Speaking of bacon, I could make Kevin Bacon burgers one night…

I'm on board with this! I can go to Miesfeld's and get some good bacon. I also have a good grill for over the fire that I can bring.

That works. Is Miefeld’s as amazing as Nueskes?
    https://www.nueskes.com/store/bacon/
Nueske’s is just a couple miles from Tigerton. Just saying ;)

no worries, I’m game for anything!

fyi, admitttedly, they might be a bit biased, but this is from their website:
Nueske's bacon is not just any bacon. It is the award-winning Applewood smoked bacon that has been made by the Nueske family since 1933. Nueske's bacon is smoked for 24 hours over smoldering Applewood embers, giving it a rich, smoky flavor and a crisp, tender texture. You can choose from different varieties of Nueske's bacon, such as the classic Applewood smoked, the all-natural and uncured Wild Cherrywood, or the spicy Pepper Coated. You can also select from different thicknesses, from thin-sliced to triple-thick butcher cut. Whether you want to enjoy Nueske's bacon for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks, you will find it online or at select retailers across the country. Don't settle for ordinary bacon when you can have Nueske's Applewood smoked bacon, the best bacon in the world.

I'll volunteer to be the taste tester. If I die, no great loss. I'm sure Kimm'r will give any of you a great deal on a Gen 5 4Runner.

Spending the afternoon fine tuning new tent setup and tear down.
I haven't screwed anything up, yet.
    Need a piece of carpet.

Looks good! I will suggest that you want to keep the top of the 'boot' as tight as possible so if it rains (never does that!) the rain runs off the side faster rather than into the tent. :anonymous:

That's what I'm here for, the mods and the gear.
Is site 61 big enough for my small trailer (for those that saw it @Wyalusing)? Flat or incline (which I will prepare better for)?

Worst case scenario, 63 has plenty of room. You'd need some leveling blocks IIRC.

Almost a week away and I can't wait!

I don't recall the exact layout of that spot, but I think I'm also crashing site 61 with you. Since I sleep inside the camper shell I shouldn't need much space so I think you will probably be good. Will defer to others though that know that site better.
