I think we all need an answer to that one. Even if we do have a bunch of knuckle head drunks, I have no clue why we can send our 18+ kid's to war and they can't enjoy a damn drink.

 

Responsibility takes time to develop for some Americans, which results in the suffering of others that would be responsible drinkers at a younger age.

i dont know, it used to be 18 for the longest time, then all the state went to 21 in 1985 or something. now everyoneshas to be 21 in public, but i think some states you can be 18 but with a parent or at home or something.

i've seen on 'alaska state troopers' that anyone under 21 can get a ticket if they have been drinking, is that the same in everyother state?

 

man, the amount of laws we have that contradict each other will make your head spin.

 

Not one bit, I don't care for drinking considering my age. As for war, if my country calls for me to join the service, I won't think twice about joining.. it's tough for me to explain in words.

 

I believe this is the law in every state.

a drinking ticket my freshman year of college (18 at the time) answers that question with a YES i believe.
