    So basically, when pulling out from where I am parked and turning my wheel all the way left, my truck vibrates only at slow speeds and dead stops. It doesn't do this when speeding. I am almost positive it is coming from the rear of the truck. It even goes away If I use it throughout the whole day. It is most notable first thing in the morning when heading out. I have already put two tubes of lsd additive fluid as well as replaced and drained everything and it went away for maybe a couple days and came back. I am convinced it has to be something else but I am completely lost.

    Any ideas or feedback will be appreciated. Thank you.

    I own an 07 TRD Sport with 128k miles

    Mine did that and it turned out to be front wheel bearings.

    Coming from the rear you say?
    I see your truck is an 07’.
    Some 07’ trucks had a mechanical limited slip differential.
    Have you changed your rear diff fluid in a while?

    Don't know the particulars but I have read that some lsd additives work better than others. Also that dino *may* work better than full synthetic hypoid gear oil.

    Correct. And yeah I did a full rear diff flush and added the additive as well. It honestly wasn’t doing it before I did a full flush so I kind of screwed myself there. Just wanted the truck to be fully maintenanced.

    Did you use synthetic fluid?
    If so, drain it and use conventional fluid.
    See if the problem goes away.

    There has been quite a few other say that their truck didn’t like synthetic fluid.
    It caused issues similar to yours.

    Hmmm I would have to check that but from what I’m reading online. I don’t really have most of the symptoms caused by a bad torque converter. I’ll definitely check it out though.

    This is the exact one I used
    https://www.autozone.com/greases-and-gear-oil/gear-oil/p/valvoline-high-performance-75w-90-gear-oil-limited-slip-1-quart/373222_0_0?cmpid=LIA:US:EN:AD:NL:1000000:GEN:19502231967&&CATARGETID=120054150001287448&CADevice=m&gclid=Cj0KCQjwrMKmBhCJARIsAHuEAPQQhsScI3xRNZ6nwyAxlpK8-CSH_M5_tAYKV1h_zGybaA2cZdvABZEaAgyxEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

    I used 3 qts I believe. Could it be that perhaps it may have been too little. I had the same problem one my transmission fluid where I put too little and it triggered an error code but it went away after putting a sufficient amount. However I did measure it and it seemed to be full? If this isn’t the suggested oil. What do you recommend?

    That says it is conventional oil.
    And that it has additives already in it.
    So it should be fine?

    As for being low.
    I just keep adding fluid until it runs out of the fill hole.
    Technically, that’s “slightly” over full. But that’s how I’ve always done it.

    Disclaimer: I have an e-locker, not an LSD, so this is what I sorta remember reading about. The additives in that oil are not enough, and something else must be added. Lemme do some digging and see what I find.

    EDIT: What I was looking for is a 4-oz. tube of Sta-Lube Equa-Torque Friction Modifier. Board member 05Moose had good results with it in his Tacoma with LSD.

    I have the e-locker too
    And honestly have no idea how much additive is needed.

    I put in this one back in December
    https://www.autozone.com/greases-and-gear-oil/gear-oil-additive/p/k-w-products-posi-trac-gear-oil-additive-7oz/17352_0_0?spps.s=5172&cmpid=LIA:US:EN:AD:NL:1000000:OIL:19488533504&&CATARGETID=120054150001289451&CADevice=m&gclid=Cj0KCQjwrMKmBhCJARIsAHuEAPR3iySqD1OCUjc6C6A5igcsYvu91RAsEGXov-NaFUUBAqvuSuS39MsaAqdKEALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds

    Problem erased for like 4 months then put another tube in. It went away for like 1 week and came back again.

    Based on what little I know.... 05Moose has tried different additives in his, and has posted that Equa-Torque is the one to use. My best advice would be to at least give it a try.
