Not that I really need it for the rest of this season, so we'll see how it plays out.

I was charged for the RT model and it says it will be here Wednesday. PayPal says it was charged for the RTG but nothing has hit my credit card yet and says it will be here tomorrow.

Thats funny cause it still shows 93.66 when I click it wonder if depending on what zip code you use it changes the price or which store you choose

That could be. It's possible could be a returned or dent & scratch item at your local store. :notsure:

Either way a 30 gal heater is not great for large house hold, but for a small 2-3 bedroom it would work just fine. If you have somewhere to store it until you need it, that would be a great deal.

Just checked my bank, the charge for the RT model cleared my account today. Fingers crossed it shows up at a reasonable hour tomorrow. Still crickets on the RTG model, which of course is the one I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep. Assuming it ever shows up...:annoyed:

not in the title of the thread... but it fits with the stuff we talk about in here.

wife makes piles of jerky that she distributes at here work & to our family as gifts. shes already wore out 2 of those cheapy meat slicers that you buy. So been trolling around to get her a real slicer. right price, not too far to drive: blah blah blah.

finally a guy in Dayton got back to me & said come get it. so for $300 i went there & picked up a Berkel professional model. This thing is on the stand & im pretty sure it also has auto slice capability as there is another belt & a lot of stuff under the bottom that isnt hooked up. thing weighs over 100lbs. the blade was running & the guide slides real nice. it also has the auto sharpener feature with the stones on the back, but im not sure how it all works yet. gonna put a new switch on it before i let her use it. its got a cracked plastic one, so needs switched to steel.

but holy hell its a friggin monster. about killed me trying to get it out of the truck & NO she didnt help. 100lbs is not end of the world weight, but its 2'd x3'w x2'H very awkward & hard to get a hold of. pretty sure this is a model 1612... will have to get more info & look for some diagrams though. will grab pix later.

It’s not bad, I worked as a meat cutter and learned how to cut on one and as the new guy cleaned it every night for years. Comes apart easy water tight and spray away. I laughed putting it together who would of thought 20 years later I’d buy one and using it in my home shop.

Actually glad you posted this picture. My Tiller is probably gonna arrive on my work days. The Home Depot is right near work. I'd hate to leave it in the bed of my truck at work. Looks like it'll fit in the Subaru!
