That’s a great price… but it’s near that @KingOfTheNorth guy though isn’t it?

 

yeah its about 30 ish min outside of town.

 

He's not so bad! I spend a few hours with him and had a few beers on his patio. Also got destroyed in Hammer Slagger by his lovely wife Whitney!

Update- replaced a sensor.

I don't have anything to add, but that sucks. I hope it works out and they find the problem tomorrow.

 

Pure conjecture... MAF sensor? If everything under the hood got a crusty coolant shower I'm almost certain the MAF connectors got drenched. MAF is the other end of the O2 sensor equation- one measures air in, one measures air out. If it's reading screwed up but still inside "normal" voltage your truck will run like dogwater and maybe not throw a MAF code.

 

Thanks! That's the first suggestion I offered... I'll clean it before I go. They did mention that the O2 sensor reading was "fine."

 

After the second fuck up find a different place. Should have gone to the dealer and anything under their dime. Yea it is there problem at this point.
