    Here I am! Good morning guys!

    While yesterday’s little 3 mile walk was good for me and I really needed to do it the heat was brutal! I went through a quart and a half of water on the walk and more when I got home. As a long time Florida resident I can confirm this weather sucks! Worse we’ve had in as long as I can remember. Weather guessers say at least another week of excessive heat index before we get back to “normal” hot. I’m staying in the AC today
