    Imo the elbow isn't "that" bad (I have both completely covered solid), but the inner areas around it are not so fun

    That's not so bad. The worst of it isn't pain, it's the odd feeling of the needle and the bone since there's little to no fat tissue there. Around my wrist (especially the inner side) hurt WAY more than the back of my arm at the elbow.
