    Since I'm going to have the TC out to move it, should I replace the actuator as preventative maintenance?

    You can get to it in the vehicle, its really not bad, just lower the case down like 1-2" with the jack after unbolting x-member from the frame and it's really a piece of cake. I wouldn't spend the $430 especially since you have a spare hanging around anyway.

    BTW - I'm converting the LC100 to be an LX470 -- except for the grill -- retractable mirrors -- telescopic steering wheel. However, I'm reverting the HVAC controls back to the early LC three knob style. I'm trying to cherry pick the best things to keep on the LC.

    Well, it took 4 days but Sofia had the meltdown of the week amongst all the kids at our family vacation. My brother's 2 year old was upset so I was trying to console him while his parents were busy, Sofia didn't like that she couldn't hold my attention for herself and then randomly tried to get me to pay attention to her by open palm swatting me right in the nuts. I consider myself a patient parent but that is a 100% no go zone lol.

    Of course my reaction to that led to a chain reaction that could not be contained, great start to the day

    Based on this chart, I think Land Cruiser is a state of mind.

    @Digiratus

    Just received word back from the tuner. Does this make sense to you? Something seems weird/off to me. You think I should ask for 650lbs regardless of their recommendation?

    "If anything, fixing the KDSS actually reduced the amount of weight the springs saw. So we would even more highly recommend the stock 600lb spring.

    We are ready to see your coilovers back so they can be fixed. You would only need to send the rears back if you do not enjoy the ride quality.

    We based our 600lb spring recommendation off of some math calculating your measurements.
    Raw Spring Weight:
    14 - 10.75 = 3.125" of Spring Compression
    3.25 * 700 = 2275 + 120lb Nitrogen = 2395
    2395 * 0.53IMR = 1269.35 lbs of spring measured weight
    That means we have side to side, 1269 and 1223lbs of spring measured weight

    We recommend 600lb springs all the way up to 1350lbs of corner sprung weight"

    That sounds right to me, most suspension guys recommend the running the lightest spring you can get away with and valving up on the shock rather than vice versa. Lends to better tunability and in turn better comfort.
