LOL. I wasn't suggesting waiting. It's about helping Joey continue to have the unique products that he sells.

There's a thread (only one standing that hasn't been/won't be deleted) on mud regarding his absence.

His wife having been part of the business has been named as well as gathering all participants for his turbo kit he has yet to fulfill.

Ton of people are out between $6k (minimum) to $10k for turbo kits that have been on order for over 4 years with absolutely no communication whatsoever.

Have things quieted down some over there?

I've noticed the trails here seem far less busy than they were in 2020-2021 but that could also be because everything is so fawking expensive lol

I thought he delivered the turbo kits already. I know his wife had/has? cancer though so I figured people were leaving him alone. I wasn't buying stuff from him cause I knew his fulfillment was borked, I tried to get a set of press tools for bushings and had to do a paypal charge back. But I wasn't gonna go after him cause I know things were going shitty for him.

In fact, my *positive* remarks about his character were in a thread that was deleted.

I stood by to make no excuse for him, but simply bring up an event that happened where his wife went into surgery.

Was when @eon_blue and I joked about having bought a seal driver (within 24hrs of each other) and his order be delayed several days only to find a Facebook post where his wife was in for surgery battling cancer.

This was over 2 years ago of course.

Anyway, I have no skin in that game, regarding said turbo kits so I can only imagine how those guys feel being out so much money. But it would definitely upset me to have absolutely no communication, including fulfillment issues on his sources end or something.

Ah, yeah read my post above.

That's why I made a positive mention about Joey. I've talked to him in length over the phone and he just comes off as a genuinely good dude; wanting to help people.

I would take a stab and say maybe he bit off more than he can chew, but yeah there are tons of turbo kit orders that remain unfulfilled with absolutely no communication.

I've bought many items from him over the years. Sometimes slow, but he always delivered.

@CS_AR Lol Kurt ignored my post asking about the connector housing, even went as far as to answer another member who asked for a whole harness instead

I swear, sometimes I hate the Land Cruiser community, seems like there's less and less community knowledge but lots of new shysters popping up to sell you someone else's idea.

    Same.

I even talked to him recently (before getting rid of the Land Cruiser) to personally ask him how he was doing.

I made mention of the thread (lightly) cause I asked really if I should refrain from ordering or not in the event that I kept my Land Cruiser; I had a cart including water pump, valve cover gasket items, spark plugs, everything to take care of a lot of stuff.

He told me his wife has still had health issues but he's still delivering orders having over 300 or so fulfilled within x time frame to y time frame so yeah he's still selling stuff without issue.

Seems the turbo kit drama is separate from the rest of his business which is good to hear, but still sucks to have going on.

Well, I have been ghosted as well. And I've bought a lot of high-end products there like Sumo Gears.

'Kurt' is probably on my CNC group and acts like a gatekeeper regarding cut settings after posting some clean cut stainless steel. :burp:

It's slowed down a bit. But Tahoe is still the raptor light/sprinter van capitol of the world. People still love doing the Van life on the turnouts of highway 28.

Line-X, LED Gauges, Bluetooth Stereo, TracRac, OME 2.5 Lift, Relentless Fab rear bumper, Shrockworks front. Bleh. So much good stuff.
Which GPU and case do you have? If it's an FE card, it needs to have adequate airflow on both sides, hence why the CPU could be fine and not the GPU.

EDIT: Also, 84C isn't a game breaker. Have you tried MSI Afterburner and setting a custom fan curve?

@CS_AR I found the connector with some online sleuthing... looks like it is also a connector commonly used on 4cyl Toyota igniters. So I'll pull one from the junkyard when I can.

    100 Series connector
