    I couldn't agree more.

I'd like to see a boycott of ONE well known insurance company that would threaten its existence... letting the rest of the insurance companies know they are possible targets of a boycott too. Would it help anything? I don't know. But I'm just tired of the companies getting away with murder. And the state insurance regulators in collusion with them.

Good morning everyone. I hope you have a good day.

I’m thinking about the terrible fire in liahona, hawaii. I’ve been there many times. I’m sick about the 400 year Banyon Tree burning with the entire town. Lots of people have lost everything. All those old quaint building and cute ma & pop business gone. I hope no one here was harmed.

I won't be able to give you a heads up on the trail conditions like I was expecting to do. Camping trip canceled...

Kuru or hoka shoes and an ace bandage arch sleeve. Works wonders. Ask me how I know. Hope it goes away soon.

I went to the doc after reading up on some of the internet info... and he pretty much confirmed what I'd read. He suggested a few things that don't make much sense to me. Stretching an already damaged tendon and such. So I put some Dr. Scholls inserts in my favorite shoes and ignored what the doc said. I'm doing noticeably better, in a shorter time frame than claimed, so I think I'll stick to what I'm doing.

I might check out that arch sleeve. That sounds interesting.

That is exactly what I do. I buy 3 pairs of dr scholls plantar fasciitis inserts at a time. I never even put my feet in a new pair of shoes without chucking the original inserts for the dr scholls. I had PF really bad a few years ago and now NEVER. I also have the worlds flattest feet. I walk 13K-20K steps a day without any foot pain. Good luck. I hope it works for you also.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
What I do when I start having problems with Plantar Fasciitis is stretching. Alternating between pointing my toes and pulling them up, a count of 15 for each, doing this for 5 minutes, several times a day. It's worked so well, I haven't had a problem in nearly a year.

My High School class of 1971 seems to have petered out in regards to Class Reunions. The guys I played Football with I still keep in contact and occasionally we get together. Number of the guys still live in San Diego County. Not an overall dynamic Senior Class. The people that thought their stuff didn't stink still are the same. A couple of the guys have passed away or have
had a pretty tough life. Maybe I'll invite the old guys to stop by for a beer by years end just to catch up.
