Hello, I’m having some issues with my 97 Tacoma when I press the throttle halfway down it bogs/sputters but when I press it all the way down it runs perfect any thoughts on what it could be.??

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    Other then a 97 Tacoma .

Maybe some more details engine / transmission / mileage.

What steps you have taken to fix this problem??

So many different things it might be.

It has 260k on the clock it’s a 2.4L 2rz-fe motor it’s a 5 speed manual and just recently I took it to have its clutch replaced and the problems started there. Coils are about 2 months old and I just changed the spark plugs yesterday and the problem didn’t go away it seemed to have gotten a slight bit better but it’s still there

Maybe you've got some slack in your throttle cable (can be snugged up at the throttle body)? Just a wild guess though. Many possibilities with this issue

If you do not have access to a bi-directional - live data OBDII scanner anything you do is a guess and wasted money.

You said the problem started with the replaced clutch. I'd take it back to them and have them look.
I always start a troubleshoot with "What changed"
