She’s not a teacher, but the Health Department works closely with the local schools. There’s always a need.

If I'd done it when I initially said I'd do it, I'd been done already.

I have great respect for the work that the health department does. Their partnership is critical for my students and community.

Hang in there Paul! All the best to you.

    Good morning Rob :fistbump:

    +1

My Mom taught kindergarten for 38 years. She had a few former students do their student-teaching with her. She always enjoyed that.

It was a good road last year! Now it looks like the National Guard guys were up here blasting mortars on the road!
    Sure, keep telling that story
So are budgets. The wild land firefighters are about to be with out pay and are still missing back pay/retention pay for the last few years. Either a new budget deal needs to be signed by the feds by the end of next month or there won’t be any paychecks for the crews.
    That’s awesome.
I see a few of my teachers from time to time and I still call them Mr or Mrs. can’t bring myself to call them by their first names. Even my 4 th grade teacher. He was one of my favorites and also a neighbor to my grandma so he knew my family. He always tells me I can call him John. Nope. No I can’t. It’s Mr Douglas.

All further treatments have been put on hold. Not seeing any improvement. I’m back to square one. It’s the cross I bear, I guess. Something will change at some point.

I don't know the answer to fix what is ailing you, but I encourage you keep with it, especially with regular counseling. Having someone to talk with about whatever is going on can be very helpful. Before I went through it myself, I didn't have a very high opinion of counselors. However, after finding myself living in a dark hole, the counselors made a huge difference in my recovery. Greatly changed my opinion of what they do! If you don't have another appointment on the books already, I hope you'll schedule one. We're all praying for you!
