Side stand bolt decided to remove itself and all the threads with it. Haven't been able to find the correct size pin for my useless rear stand. Got creative. Time serts are imo the best thread repair besides welding and re-tapping

I have not, but I have had some motor mount bolts back out after recently reinstalling the motor at a light. Felt something poking my knee...

Seriously a childhood staple of mine. The secret closet rollercoaster always had me checking my closet for trap doors.

Had an awesome weekend at Quarry Run in Hancock NY. Finished day one but made it only 25ish miles of 75 on day 2. I was physically shot and wanted to call it already before developing bogging issues. Not ideal when you have a lot of hills to climb just to hit pavement. I assumed it was fuel related and my assumption was proved right when I saw streams in the fuel tank when I got home. Current assumption is cracked OEM in tank fuel filter but won't know for sure till I pull it.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!

Black monkey wheels. Mine were silver stock but never liked it. So I used plastidip and made them black.

I'm excited, I think I just finagled going for a most of the day ride on Saturday. We listed our condo this week and have 4 showings lined up for Saturday, 10a,11a, 12p, and 3p. Wife is going to take the dog and go to a friends, and I'm going to go try and catch up to @BkerChuck in the mural counts. By my reckoning I'm only like 700 behind with my total so far in the low 20's

Really though, it'll be a nice break. I've been busting my ass during the day at work covering 4 jobs/3 vacancies and we just started our busiest weeks of the year and then coming home at night and doing repairs around the condo trying to get it ready to show. Freaking exhausted mentally and physically. I haven't gone on a pleasure ride in a month or more, I'd bet, and haven't gone on an all day ride since at least June.

Guess I'll give you a few days to get caught up to me before I go back out again......I need to put new tires on either this weekend or next and right now this weekend doesn't look promising. We're heading out for another weekend trip on the 25th heading out to Ohio for a small FJR tech day meet. My bike doesn't need anything that I can't do at home so we're just going to run out and help some other owners. I have about 8-13 murals planned for on the trip out Friday and then Saturday we're starting our way home and going into Columbus where I've learned there are close to 200 murals in public places. I should be into the 800s after that.

Might be a bit of a long ride for him to get out here by Saturday. Hey he could complete an IBA ride or challenge or two along the way though.

Current tires on the bike likely don't have 1000 miles left in them. You're on your own this weekend. Good luck mural hunting!

This bike is incredible it will power wheelie in third but it’s still so smooth at low speed. I rode 123 miles this morning, stopped by the tags place to transfer title and get a plate. Also just installed an R&G tail tidy and waiting on tank grips to be delivered.

Got a ton of stuff done to it, not bad for a 2017.
