copy that. I specifically picked up a trans skid plate in anticipation for this trip. What size tires/lift are you running out of curiosity? From what I’ve seen online it seems like a stock OR could handle most of the island.

Seems like a fun trip though… Do you mind if I message you and pick your brain about minor logistics and trail info?

    I have a 3” lift on 33’s.

    https://www.visitdrummondisland.com/uploads/5/1/6/3/5163078/2020-difficultymap-updated6-22-20.pdf

Everything but the red trails are easily doable with a stock Tacoma.

Right now it’s pretty “dry”. The holes are only 1/2 filled with water. That’s could change by the time you get here. A lot of the deeper puddles have bypasses.

The only red trail I’ve done was from Bass Cove Road over to Southeast Beach then up to Marble Head. It’s not that hard but there are areas to challenge yourself (highly depends on which section you choose to go through). The ruts and mud holes in areas can be deep but there are bypasses. Just have to scout ahead to pick the right line.

I think so. I can't go because we have a hare scramble race that weekend. We're racing the series. Bummer.

Well hello everyone. Been since 2014/15 since I’ve had a Taco and been on here. Seems as though I just missed the little truck. My last was a black 2013 sr5 dcsb.

Thanks guys pretty excited. When I sold my taco I got into a 2014 Ram, went to a 2018 Tundra that I loved and was stupid to get rid of. Then had a 2020 f150 with the 2.7 ecoboost (both non Toyotas were problematic).
Are meet ups still a thing on here?

You just missed out on Toyota Takeover at the Silver Lake Sand Dunes last weekend. Not sure what other meetups there are.

We should hit the trails and get stuck in the mud hole again. :)
