All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
Hells yeah! It’s truly is a beast of a machine, and even with all its crazy power, it’s very easy to ride. Not a beginner bike, but you also don’t have to be a pro to ride it either.
Smart choice my friend. Probably the most fun street fighter out there. I love all of them, but this one makes me really smile :)

I was about to say, running 75-80 on my KLR is probably way worse than the CB500

I'm not sure. Next Time I'm at my buddy's I may have to see if I can take the KLR out for a spin. I know the CB500X will hold the speed against the wind or uphill easier, but I think that's just the twin vs single.

Brappp! Who’s getting it today! About to hit some late lunch and hit the 250. Gonna go for a relaxing ride to the ridge. GF is gonna roll with in one of the smaller bikes.
She has been gearing herself up to go up there with me. She has been on the SxS and the back of my 1190r, which was definitely wild 2up.
    Wish her well guys!

Had mine out today with my truck at the biggest car show in north FL.. people LOVE THIS THING. Didn't run it yet though, it caught a ride in the truck.

Remember the hodaka dirt bikes of the early 70's?
    Dirt squirter, wombat etc.
Only us old guys will remember them.
That kawi 100 reminds me of them.

I got out for 4ish hours and 150 or so miles on the F800GS. Down to clarkston via the river through all the wheat fields, stopped by a motorcycle shop to look at helmets and got a burger, onion rings, and a fresh huckleberry shake  then following the other river bank out through more and more fields, eventually crossing the river again by some absolute MOUNTAINS of wheat. We're in the middle of harvest in the #1 wheat producing county in the US. Then back home through some backroads. Tried user Rever maps for a route and turn by turn directions but it didn't love losing signal combined with a wrong turn and eventually just started beeping once a second in my ears until i pulled off to stop the route and cancel it's attempts to re-route. Oh well.

Oh, at the MC store, saw a goofy looking electric rokon.. thing? Called a volcon grunt, pretty bizarre but cool. https://www.volcon.com/grunt-explore

I've actually heard a little about these over the years and they were pretty neat bikes!

Man that is a lot of different bikes out there! Sweet!

That was the same color scheme I had on my 1290r duke, I also see a couple other bikes I own in that mix :)

I wonder what that 3 wheeler feels like.
