Finally got rid of my suby and driving a new taco.

2011 DC Short Bed TRD Off Road in the Grey Auto.

Already planning a bunch of minor mods, such as getting rid of the chrome (anyone with a grey truck want to trade?), roof rack, make the back seat dog friendly.

I must say, driving a truck gives a little different perspective when driving on the freeway (alot higher).

Anyway, I had a quick question. Are the bed rail tie downs supposed to be included with my truck? I could have sworn when I was shopping for this truck I saw a couple trucks with a pack of the tie downs in the back seat. I didn't see any in my truck, just wondering if they are supposed to be there.

I look forward to being part of this community.

For folks who care I got mine for

    $29799 (Includes destination fee) + tax+Lic+doc
    Options are:
    TRD OFF ROAD w JBL
    Floor mats
Tow Package (seems standard on all offroads)

yes the tie down cleats are supposed to come with the truck.

If there not under the seat, make sure the dealer gives you the full size ones, not the mini ones. All TRD Packages (Sport or Off Road) have them included.

For what they are worth I'd sooner have 4 of the bed tie-downs. The rail one are garbage

Thanks for the info everyone. I'll look for the tie downs tomorrow morning.

No pics of the truck yet, i'll get one up after my first mod...any mod.

And a picture of my dog Ernie. Ernie is the one on the left, amazing how well behave dogs are when you hang a piece of chicken jerky above their heads.
