Condolences Pztank, we had to let go of our dog recently. never easy.

It's been a busy few days at home. Plumbing is all redone. Just a hole in the driveway left to fill. And more windows to keep me busy 20230812_112019.jpg

Spent most of my morning hurling expletives at both of my push mowers, it was only 147 degrees fahrenheit at 0800. The one I have been using never turned over. The old toro that is too short would crank and I mowed some with it then it died. Seems like a spark issue with the new one and a fuel issue with the old one.
Ended up mowing most of the yard with the weed whacker, somehow it looks better. Until the lithium battery died with a quarter of the yard left, I just about gave up right there. 10 minutes on the charge, hit it again, 10 minutes on the charge hit it again. Still not done. Finally at 1030 I cracked a cold beer and muttered to myself about hating grass. Been inside licking my wounds ever since. Today ain't my day.

Anyone have any experience with either of these ratchets? I'm looking at the ⅜ drive extended reach. I like the small head on the Hercules better than the Milwaukee M12's version, but the Hercules is not brushless. I know Milwaukee has a new high speed with a smaller head, but the bare tool is $300 here, and I'm (obviously) too cheap for that. Probably not a tool that will see a ton of use. I can pick up a Milwaukee for $210 here and my youngest has extra batteries and chargers that he will sell me (which I would consider free, keeping it in the family).

So I'm trying to decide between this And this

I'd go with the Milwaukee. I'm not buying battery operated tools from HF at any price more than a FREE tool with battery.

Looks like there’s a couple of stations near KSC.

Enthanol free is amazing. I use it in all my small engines, zero turn and summer car. Never have any issues.

I’ll leave you alone now. Unless of course there’s another timely funny to be had.

Hey man, good to see you!

All kinds of theories were circulating about your absence:

Got locked on a roof when adjusting a construction camera..
    Buried under snow still..
Broiled alive under the relentless prairie sun..

    or...
