    Then don’t read it.

More and more are being removed.

Around here I haven’t seen any removed, only new locations added and existed locations upgraded with better chargers.

You never use specific locations so it's impossible to refute your "observations" so pretty much all you are you doing is attempting to generate FUD.

Starbucks at Interquest in Colorado Springs is one example. Was there thus morning which reminded me of this thread.

Are you sure there were EV chargers there? I can't find anything on Google street view (although those pics are 2 years old). Even searching the address and "EV" on google nets zero results with both. That might explain why they "disappeared" and aren't being replaced.

This address: 1150 Interquest Pkwy, Colorado Springs, CO 80921

Well it’s been a year or so since they were there. They used to have Teslas parked there all the time and as I mentioned previously they were destination chargers?

I can take a pic the next time I’m through there but just a bunch of capped lines now.

I know about a year ago or so Chargepoint added some DCFCs across the street at McDonald’s. If the ones at Starbucks were Chargepoint branded they might’ve just decided to change locations with the upgraded chargers.

Oh interesting that could be the case. Aligns with the timeline.

Could work but it’s just speculation on my part since I never saw the chargers at Starbucks up there. The McDonald’s was a new construction building if I recall so it would have been easier to add in the necessary utility support for higher power chargers there rather than retrofit a location with level 2 AC chargers.

Level 2 charging would make sense for that Drury Hotel by Starbucks but otherwise DCFC is much preferred.

And this seems to be based on 150kW max charging, not the 200+ that a lot of EVs do today including Rivian.

Simple explanation is that they charged to the recommended 85%.

Yep, been the case since they released initial numbers when the trucks were in prototype phase. I could get close to 300 miles in 2wd conserve move, 280 miles in standard.

Why would they do a range test starting at 85%?
What are you getting for real world range?
