Initially had a hot air blowing, recharged system with dye, week later it was blowing hot again. Traced leak to a bad evaporator. Replaced it with a new one, pulled vacuum, and began charging system. The compressor would not turn on. (A/C light was solid when system turned on at this point.)

DIY mistake, I figured the compressor may be bad. So I replaced the compressor, condenser, and changed o rings on all connections. Got everything put back together, turned truck on, A/C light was solid, then began flashing. Pressure on both low/high was around 50psi.

Initial start up and turning on A/C, the compressor kicks on for about 3 seconds, then turns off. I have replaced the A/C amplifier, but that did not fix the issue. Taking the 10amp fuse out and back in will kick on the compressor, but again, for only about 3 seconds. I've read through numerous threads about A/C problems, but haven't found anything concrete for doing electrical diagnostics.

Any pointers to send my way? Thank you.

Put the Lock Sensor off the old compressor on it, the sensor is probably defective on the new compressor.

I swapped over the sensor and same issue still occurred. Thanks for the reply.

If the A/C light is still flashing then for some reason the A/C Amplifier is not seeing the proper signal from the compressor Lock Sensor.
Have you verified wiring integrity from the Lock Sensor Pin2 (Red/White) to the A/C Amplifier Pin 15 (Red/White)?
