Hello guys I have a first gen Tacoma with 3400 v6. I hooked the jumper cables backwards, now my truck does nothing when I turn the key to start. I replaced starter relay and EFI fuse and couple of other fuses. Nothing changed. Any advice would be appreciated

If its a standard cab, I'll buy it from you.

Seriously, check your power and ground cables and fuses. If your cables and fuses are good, start looking for burnt wires. testing for continunity.

You may have damaged your battery and or alternator. Also check your wires and fuseable link, you sent a surge of energy which is never good.

More detail. Do the headlights work? Does the dash light up when you turn the key?

If you have a multimeter check your fuses with that, there's a large misconception that I try to bring up as often as possible. Just because the fuse isn't blown, doesn't mean it hasn't lost continuity. Had it happen multiple times, perfectly good looking fuse but no signal. That's why those tiny metal nubs are that top of the fuses, can check it with a multimeter without even pulling the fuse.

You've blown a relay/fuse, (possibly burnt a wire) or maybe fried the ECU . The thing is to know where to start looking, and I can't help you there. My guess would be to look for an ignition fuse/relay. Doing a search there seems to be a "main fuse" that others in your situation have replaced that solves the problem.
