Not this year. I will be "working" 7x days/wk for quite some time.

Hoping to get done before end of year... Well, I really have no choice but to get done before the end of the year.

HAHAHA, I'm not supposed to talk about a lot of things and even the most mundane stuff I have no idea?:notsure: So I just try keeping it as vague as possible. :alien::rofl:

Dammit Randy I’ve been wanting to see you and was hoping San G was going to be it! I’m busy AF with the baby so it’s hard normally to socialize. I’ve got a new rig you need to help me spend money on for some hard mounted comms!

It's mainly because of "timing". My case is "special". If I had gotten hired "next year", it would have been easier on me and plus where I started with "pay".

But yeah, it does suck, but once I get it out of the way, I don't have to do it again.

All I know is that I'm just glad I'm no longer driving ridiculous hours coming back home. Avg of about close to 3.5hrs and quite a few times just under 5hrs was F'N ridiculous!!! That was just coming back home!!! Fell asleep at the wheel more times than I can count and didn't even realize how tired I was? Now I'm getting home in like 25min.

But yeah, honestly, it doesn't bother me. Compared to the shit I've been through over my working career, this job is overall cake walk. Some stress involved at times, but what job doesn't???

    :laughing::laugh::rofl::rofl::rofl:

    THAT was ME... JUST TODAY!!!

Went to a place called "Cali Comfort" with some co-workers for a "lunch sendoff" for some interns.

Anyways, I get there and apparently you "order online" and I was like, okay??? I'm having a pretty hard time ordering because 1) I've NEVER ordered online before AT the place of establishment and simply wasn't told ahead of time 2) people were already getting their food plates and I was just barely finishing picking what I wanted 3) I couldn't quite figure out how to finalize my order because again, I'm trying to do shit last F'N minute just to F'N EAT and I was getting pretty hungry!!!

My boss laughs and tells me I can order at the reception desk, so I simply get up and made a few comments and my supervisor I could tell was pretty much in agreement with me on how stupid it is.

I go to the reception waitress and she immediately tells me, "oh, you order online..." like I was F'N bothering her??? o_O So I proceed to tell her I don't want to order online...

Anyways, it was a back/forth shit show just to get something to eat and she finally gives a HUGE sigh and says, "well I guess I can order for you?" Again, like I was bothering the shit out of her and all she was doing was lazily folding cloth napkins??? I'm like in my head, we had to do this F'N ROUND ROBIN BULLSHIT just to get to this point???!!! o_O:ballchain::argue: So she starts typing on her electronic pad and I start walking away and tell her to just forget it... she tries to stop me in that sense and I just keep on walking away telling her it's FUCKING RETARDED... just forget it.

I go back to the table getting ready to sit down because I did get a soda before all of this bs that just went down. I decided right there and told my boss with everyone listening, "I'm fucking DONE brother... I'm leaving...!!!"

Simply just walked out and came home. :burnrubber::fistbump: I texted my boss in a group chat we have that, "Not into this hipster shit, sorry!!!"

My supervisor felt bad when he had texted back. I didn't give two shits if the boss texted back or not, but my supervisor did.

Anyways, but yeah, that was me today. I'm just an old fart and just hungry and I was hoping to try their so called famous BBQ eats.

Good food or not, fuck that place!!! The waitress could have made it so much of a better "experience" and simply just take my order. But we had to do this F'N MAZE of a dialogue instead... just to eat???

But yeah, I'm definitely an old fart now and just done with the bs hipster shit nowadays!!! What these dumb fucknuts don't realize is that they are only killing themselves by making their jobs more "automated", if you get my meaning? They even had one of those robot order things that follow you around? I told my supervisor when I saw that that I would shoot that thing if it follows me... and he started laughing pretty hard.
    Love that gif brother!!! :fistbump:

I can come by your place you know? I'll bring my radio tool box with my crimpers and such.

I gotta redo my cabling myself as well as my bed bolts and TRY to find someone that knows how to weld to help me weld a metal piece in my truck bed. I don't know how to weld and most definitely need assistance with replacing my bed bolts. Two or more are stripped out. I have new OEM bolts, but need help repairing that part of my truck.

But yeah, let me know when to stop by? I have no problem stopping by. :fistbump: It can be an all day thing doing a radio install, so earliest as possible start in the morning is best quite honestly.

I HIGHLY recommend a 2x band mobile and NOT a single band. CB as a backup, but that is just me as you already know.

There really is no need to get the highest wattage radio either!!! 25W is MORE than enough for trail comms. Beyond that, get a HAM license. I gotta update my license by next year actually. But anyways, get a dual band mobile brother!!!

I'd be down to run Gold Mtn, but if there's a John bull run I might try to ride shotgun for it. Been wanting to see what that trail is like for years

Damn, this event is creeping up pretty fast. Should probably run through the truck now before waiting last minute. But I’ll probably do opposite :frusty:
