It doesn't take long.

Some people recover pretty quick. It took me a solid week to feel like I was normal again. You gotta be careful not to tear anything.

IMO, that is a fairly reasonable report and certainly no reason to panic. FWIW, and this may be comparing granny smith apples to cosmic crisp apples, here is my most recent 3 blackstone reports. Worth noting is that I installed the supercharger at 226K so the numbers have actually improved since then and of cource, less miles between oil changes.

Got the truck back, and she's been good so far. Power to weight ratio is not bad, but think the slug had a better pull. I won't complain having 4wd now tho

 

Hit me up when you're ready to slap a supercharger on that bitch and a computer. We can speed it right up. Or if you're feeling really spicy we can figure out a turbo kit for a t100

 

Boost IS the answer for the 5vz.

 

The idea of a turbo has always been enticing, but that premium on every refill might hold me for a bit. I will say I kind of enjoy the body lines on the t100 over the taco

 

We'll see what bigger tires do to change my mind tho

 

Gears for your front end will be cheap to find out of people swapping pickup stuff around but rear is still gone incur the taco tax since it uses the taco third member. But they'll be your easiest way to offset larger tires. Get some 33s on their and you'll probably be happy I'd guess. I have a buddy with a ball joint lift for your front end if you want it, he said he'd let it go for $20

Hoping to go 33x10.50s on the next set, might be able to do with cutting and bfh bashing. Smart thinking on the front end gears; how much do bj lifts give? An inch or so?
