The one I pictured above from the salvage place has 55407-04050 on it. It also has >PP+E/P-TD20< on it as well. There's also an A1 TX on it as well.

There were 3 other vehicles there that had them. I would imagine your local pull-a-part salvage place will have them as long as they have later model 2nd Gens. I didn't see them on any 05-09 models...I think the one above came from a '14.

I was just confirming what was on this one.

There's a couple on eBay at the moment as well if you search "Tacoma dash bezel" just have to scroll through a lot of unrelated parts.

If someone can't find them local, I could go pull all the ones from the place I found. It comes out from these cars fairly easy because typically someone has already removed things around it. The toughest part is there's a bolt on the left and right side and the left one is covered by the trim under the steering wheel, which I think requires removal of something to the left of that to get access. Thankfully these vehicle were in pretty bad shape and I was just able to bend the piece out of the way enough to access the left bolt. The rest comes out when the center console and trim around the shifters is moved.

I’m now watching one of them on eBay, don’t need the extra ports but mine has some scratches in it I hate looking at.

The eBay ones are more than buying new. Hah. Go figure. $75-$80 and $35-$40 to ship. Nuts.

I’m going to call my local dealer and see what they’d charge for a new one.

Yes its definitely interchangeable. I swapped one from 12-15 to my 2010. It was a decent amount of work. If you go back in my thread you can see which plugs work for Atrac and the aux port.

Thanks for your photos. I think I saw those when I was researching this. Unless you are going to claim like @Agoldxj that you just took them.

Is that sPod thing coming out one of the holes a rigid flexible mount, or is it just the wires/loom and you've mounted it to one of those balls above the climate controls?

What is the ethernet jack hooked up to? Do you have a hotspot or something in the dash? Or are you using an ethernet balun for some other input?

Anyone have luck with a particular aftermarket USB plugs that work here nicely? Anyone have ones to stay away from?

That's good to know, but some of the dash pieces like the black vent/radio surrounds are out of stock in a lot of places too. But if it's available and cheaper than eBay, that's awesome.

The sPod is just a wire loom. Actually it also uses an ethernet cable to bring in the cables from the engine bay.

Ethernet jack is for my GMRS radio, which is mounted under the passenger seat. It extends the plug to the dash, and then i just need to plug in the hand mic, and all my buttons sre there.

I just searched for a USB port that would work for 12-15 Tacomas. It was a simple plug and play. Tapped into an ignition fuse to the left of the steering wheel, and good to go. I didnt need usb-c, so i just picked the cheapest one. Was maybe $12.
