Parts all cut, just doing some quick clean up with the flap disk.

Test fitting. Looks like a win.

Going to have to wait a couple days before I weld on the brackets. I'm not fond of laying in a mud puddle. The electrical PXL_20230817_181527882.jpg shocks are kinda painful.

I had zero issue with jagged cuts. In fact I'm using a pretty badly blown out tip.

You realize I never had them before in the 8 months of ownership right :luvya:

Also cutting now and none to report

I put small wedges at the casters to prevent too much movement

Clamped a couple brackets into the bumper to get an idea for spacing.

I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

My fabrication/ lift table fits under my plasma table. I hydraulically lift the fab table into the bottom of the CNC table. I have a pretty good handle on keeping unwanted movement in check.

Yeah....I've got a tiny garage which is why I just need to weld up some legs and create a shelf below it

Just way too hot for that right now; done cutting for the day but all parts were perfect

You should build another bracket that will hold your spare up here.

He can cut out a plate for mounting the wheel; weld the lugs on the backside of the plate.

Two square tubes welded to the rear bumper there, one straight up and one as a support at an angle.

    Great idea

He can probably use the bracket that was on the bumper, just weld on the square tube and support pieces to tie it all together.

    Absolutely true

But why not capitalize and make a new mounting plate with spare/scrap laying around and upsell the whole setup

"So, if you want I can make you a new spare tire holder for just $150" or whatever one thinks is reasonable

:notsure: @koditten seams like a maximum utilization kinda person to me, but it's his tire...

Rarely run the table for myself :anonymous:

I normally run it to make some extra money but so far I need nothing for myself, hmm

    Soft? No way.

It's called having a choice, something we didn't have the entire time we were in :luvya:
