I haven't done anything to my pressure washer in 4 years. Its a Honda, it doesn't even need new gas - 2 year old gas..

Thanks for stepping up and getting it started! It seemed there was a bit of confusion in the discussion and even talk of making it more of a photography challenge had me backing off until the dust settled. I think it will only take a few rounds for folks to get the hang of it. I'm at work now, which sucks......have plans for tonight and need to get new tires mounted tomorrow before I'll get out to play. Already put that thread on watch though.

off topic for both of your comments but i know both of you owned a drz and i have a question...

lately my bike when im moving at decent ish speed (30mph and up) if i let off the throttle the bike feels like its stopping hard. i know the bike has decent engine braking but my bike will not coast at all once the throttle gets let go its trying to stop it feels like... im gonna take a look at the calipers and see if one is locking up and also take a look at wheel bearings on the sm wheels this weekend (my dirt wheels didnt do this) but i was wondering if it could be anything else maybe transmission related?

if anyone has any other advice or ideas id appreciate it my goal is to take this to colorado on the 6th and its still rideable atm its just acting funny

Easy test to rule out brakes vs engine braking is take it to to a decent speed and shift it to neutral to see how it coasts? I would say pull the clutch in but even with the clutch in I feel like there is still *some* resistance.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I got one of these for sale. It could use some touch up paint on the bottom. Selling it for $1k.
New tires and just updated the wiring throughout.
I am down in the middle of NC of ya know anyone of interested.

Not in that area or off hand, but clean it up like you said, grease the axle and take some nice pics and list on ebay and craigslist and it'll sell in a week or less.

Yeah I need to not be so lazy selling some of my gear off ;)
Enjoy the trailer, they are super nice to have and very easy to move around. I have a couple Aluma trailers which is the only reason I am selling.
The standing feature is HUGE if you wanna put it inside or the space you have to store it is tight.

My first thought would go to brake sticking....then after that.....I'm lost

Is it cable throttle? Could be the cable adjustment is off allowing the throttle body butterfly to close too much when relaxed to idle.

That would be my first guess too...

@Calamity_taco lift the bike up and give the front wheel a spin, there will be a small amount of brake drag but if the caliper is sticking you'll feel it. Also wheels/brakes is a good starting point since you didn't notice the issue when the dirt set was on

Isn't it illegal to ride on the shoulder unless of an emergency?

Everywhere I’ve ever ridden it’s common practice for motorcycles to filter to the front of construction zones. Especially up north where it might be miles of dirt and you’re otherwise choking on dust the whole time.

haha ya imma take a look at the brakes and then check wheel bearings since idk how old they are on these wheels
ya it is it should still be fine but not a bad idea to check ill look into it
ya it was fine for awhile on the sm setup and then recently started this like two weeks ago... go figure only 3 weeks before i go to Colorado! damn thing
