Working on a train horn install right now. Waiting for the marine plywood that I'm going to mount it on. Gotten it wired in completely, all that's left is to mount it. Had to take out my spare tire and am planning on mounting it to the stock tire carrier.

I got my horn from "Air Horns of Texas". You can see it here:

^Those are not "United Pacific" Train horns like they state. Those are fake.

If you want "Real" Train horns, You'd need to go with an Airchime.

Ehh, I wasn't wanting an "authentic" one. Just wanted something LOUD. And it is!

im not a fan either. whats the point of having a loud ass horn on a small truck? it might be "cool" at first, but not very practical.

Don't hate on us impulsive people who can't help but spend too much money on impractical things! The train horn setup was expensive for what it is ($500 shipped) but I will say, I've had it for a while and don't regret it at all! It is my favorite thing I have done to my truck so far. And who cares how big the truck is? I've seen them installed on small hondas and other small cars. They're fun as hell, and I don't think you or anyone else could understand until you use some or ride with someone that has them.

The point, tacomanator, is that nobody EXPECTS a "loud ass horn on a small truck"

Ive had mine for almost a year now and to be honest I never use the damn thing anymore. it's actually a bit of a hassle now because since I offroad more its just another thing that I worry about breaking. I'm thinking about removing selling. I could most likely get 300 for the setup, and that could go to a nice front bumper.
