Pretty sure it’s in the abs module. Get a aftermarket adjustable one

The runner drives finally. Ran it up and down the street and am currently playing with the crawl boxes in the yard. Too bad I ordered the wrong fucking front driveshaft flange or I’d have it flexed out on something already

I have a superduty Dana 60 2005+ and a newer stock disc brake 14 bolt I was slowly building (I hadn’t done much yet, just grinding shit down and buying parts). Then I found a pretty killer deal on some built axles and bought them, older 14 bolt and a ford kingpin dana 60. Now I don’t know which ones I should keep. What do you guys think? (The steering on the kingpin seems super high, and the rear doesn’t have an ebrake.. fixable but annoying, I do like that the older built axles are lighter) (And if anyone is looking for axles let me know, I have more than I need)

Sell the king pin and run the superduty in my opinion. Way beefier

Id say the same if the KP & 14b weren't built.
Depends if you want to skip some steps and not have to build and axle. I like the SD axles for the strength and width..

Not having to weld on steering and having more steering flexibility is about the only advantage to the KP60 fundamentally aside from the width depending on your needs/wants. The SD 60 is bigger and better in every way otherwise. I'd flip a coin on whether I wanted to skip the build process on the SD60 and run the KP60.

I ended up keeping the KP 60. I have a 2 year old and can barely find any time to build as it is. Hopefully this gets me out on the trails sooner

Yeah I'm thinking of doing one of those 12" drop brackets with a bluetooth driveshaft. I heard you can get them with rgb now. I need something to play with while I can't sleep lol.

Guess it's time to join you guys. Picking up the sterling 10.5 rear in a few days, front is 04 super duty 60. Overall plans are the martec front kit, link rear, and a crawl box.

Andddd I've got the rear picked up. Sterling 10.5 out of an 02 excursion. What are you guys doing with that sensor on the center portion? I'm assuming it's not needed, and didn't know if it would cause a problem with water intrusion down the road.

I’ve always just left the sensor in it and left the plug end open. Throw some silicone in the open plug end maybe just to be safe
