I like my pedal commander. It increases throttle response by increasing voltage output. That's it.
I found it best to find a setting you like and leave it there. Reset the computer and let the truck learn your driving from that setting.
Constantly switching modes confuses the ecu and troubles arise. IMO

Yes, I remember the same things. Also, back then if you had black emblems it meant you had the base model with black plastic emblems. Chrome or gold emblems meant you had the premium model, lol.

I redesigned and released all new QuikFix™ "safe" spacers for rear brackets of front seats (2nd gen/3rd gen/FJ Cruiser). Brackets sit in the spacers securely instead of on top of flat spacers.

I like these.. stinks you don't retain the swivel D ring... I'm looking for a set that retains that d ring and also comes up high like these.

All 2005-2023 Tacoma models. Neighbors son is 6' tall and has them in his Off Road with power seats. My son is 6' tall and has them in his 2012 Taco.
Before the front bracket spacer people start the bashing I want to say that mine, for the rear, are not a "cool mod". I have been making rear spacers since 2019 with over 3300 sales (the original style). I made them originally for my 3rd gen Sport which killed my back after any long drives. I made front ones 1st that made my seats more uncomfortable. I trashed the front spacer idea before anyone else made them for Tacoma. I researched seat pan angles using information from Osteopaths and Chiropractors worldwide. 2 of my best customers are Chiropractors. What is recommended is that your hips should sit level with your knees, or slightly higher or lower, while in a vehicle for the most healthy seat posture. For most people that requires elevating the rear of the seat. People buy thousands of seat wedge cushions every month for the same results. For drivers with long legs they may require thigh support which is accomplished with front bracket spacers. The correct spacers are based on individual needs. If you are comfortable in your seats then you do not need seat spacers.

I actually think you could retain the swivel d ring! The bolt size is the same.

Great info! I used to be uncomfortable in my 2019 Tacoma on long road trips but haven’t taken my 2023 on a trip yet to really know if I need these. I would agree with you that taller people really should be using these rear spacers to get the knees higher and hips closer to a 90 degree

This thread will cause you to spend thousands of dollars. And when you think you have enough addons and mods. NOPE, you will read about another great idea and pull the trigger.

Did you buy them from ebay? That's the only place I see them at.

Also, they are super similar in quality of build and design of the All Pro Off-road ones I had previously but for about $50 less

To be completely honest I had decided to stop making spacers because the market is saturated with the round and square spacers. It is more of my retirement hobby than a source of real income. No sooner than I made that decision I took another look to see if there was any way to improve current designs. Then I realized that, even though I thought my originals were the safest design, there was a way to make them safer. What I like about these is that, even with no bolts installed, body weight alone prevents these from coming out. When bolted to the floor I do believe this design is the safest ones to have, under the rear brackets, in the event of an accident. It is the 1st of its kind and I have even contacted a patent attorney and am currently drafting a design patent application package.

Smart to get a patent on these! Knockoffs would definitely be coming unfortunately without it
