Nice! Berkeley. I’ve been successfully dodging replacing it but now have the roar at ~50mph

It looks like NorCal fire season has reared its ugly head, after a few false starts:

We’ve had some big buildups in the South Bay. We were supposed to see rain but all we got was 85% humidity. I’m hopeful Siskiyou is easily controlled given its recently burned.

For those that aren’t on social media with me! Haven’t wheeled much! Baseball has been off the effin hook! San Diego World Series, bay area tournament (my boy was a guest player and got the game ball since he pitched like a beast!), Cooperstown NY (placed 6 out of 56 teams, maybe it was 7. Lol) , played in Tahoe last weekend and lost in the semi final ( shoulda pitched my kid, *** cough cough). All summer was busy!

But still waiting on the Tank. Soon! Then its time to hammer the eff down!!!

Anyways, wanted to brag about my kid. Lol

Ask 100 guys which is harder and it'll end up 50 for the Rubicon and 50 for the Dusy. lol

Plenty of it this weekend, too. Even saw a small lightning fire get started northeast of Spider Lake around 5PM yesterday. Luckily, the rain snuffed it out quick.

If you can do Rubicon, you can do Dusy.

I think Rubi is harder because:
    1 TOO FUCKING MANY PEOPLE.
2 Fuck those off chamber granite face marathon runs.

The people part will never get better lol.

There was one point we waited an hour and a half for people to come through.

I saw 9 trucks that weren't part of our group on our Dusy trip last year... we saw 6 of those with 2 miles of the end of the trip.

I 100% made up my mind... I do not like the Rubicon... at all.

I'll do it again... but there are way better trails. That place is just too commercial (for lack of a better term)

    Fuck that trail.
